Denver and Boulder have been hotbeds for business and nonprofit startups. We host nationally respected startup communities like TechStars and Denver StartUp Week that have spun out new organizations with innovative leadership. In fact, Colorado ranks only behind New York and California in the percentage of LinkedIn profiles associated with leaders who have founded organizations–122 out of every 10,000 (Source: https://www.ondeck.com/resources/countries-with-the-most-entrepreneurs). So, is there anything the remaining 99% of workers can apply to our own craft from the mindsets and best practices of that 1%?

The event will feature a panel discussion and Q&A with Christian leaders who have successfully navigated the crucible of starting something from nothing. We’ll ask them to share their stories, strategies, and lessons learned with a view to how we can use those best practices in our own work. We may never found an organization, but we can live both entrepreneurially and faithfully as we encounter challenges and opportunities in our work.
The evening will include intentional room connection and group conversations over a happy hour of light appetizers and drinks. We look forward to seeing you!
